Nancy Lee Sullivan Starnes Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 28, 2023, at the age of 93, Nancy Lee Sullivan Starnes of Matthews, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Smeades Sullivan and Pearl Sullivan; her former husband Lefty Watkins of Hartsville; her husband Marshall Starnes; and her siblings, Hoyle Sullivan, Faye Hockenberry and Sharon Marlowe.

She is survived by: her children, Judy Watkins (William Ferguson), Deborah Watkins (Cathy Stewart), Trina Watkins and Harry Starnes (Wendy); her stepchildren, Sherry Abel (Ed), Marty Starnes and Joyce Broome (Richard); and her siblings, Charlene Motley and Steve Sullivan. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren; her twelve great-grandchildren; her two great-great-grandchildren.
