She was predeceased by: her parents, Julian Berry and Cornelia Berry; her sister Becky Berry; and her grandson Zachary Exton Scott. She is survived by: her husband George Bridges; her children, John Bridges, Janet Scott (Clint) and Jim Bridges (Renée); her grandchildren, Jordan and Landace Scott; and her sisters, Martha Powell, Carolyn Piercy, Linda Sansing and Joyce Staabs. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to the Lottie Moon Christmas offering through Cornerstone Baptist Church, 8947 Albemarle Rd, Charlotte, NC 28227.
