Myrtle Swain Jones Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Myrtle Swain Jones of Matthews, North Carolina, who passed away on June 25, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gertie Marie Gurganus and John E. Swain; her husband Johnny William Jones; her sons, David Jones and Alan Jones; and her brothers, Hubert Swain, John Swain, Robert Swain and Richard Swain.
She is survived by: her son Donald Jones of Charlotte; her granddaughter Sarah Newton of Rock Hill; and her siblings, William "Bud" Swain (Janice) of Williamston and Ruth Roberson (Mayhugh) of Robersonville.
