She was predeceased by: her parents, Connie McCoy and C. Price Helms; her husband Grady Privette; her son Gene Autry Privette; and her siblings, Margie Helms, Julia H. Squires, Callie H. Helms, Albert Helms (Ab), Burvin Helms (Buck) and C. Price Jr..

She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Ann Privette; her grandsons, Dave Privette and Eric Privette (Carol); her great grandchildren, Chris Boyd and Michael Boyd (Sandra); and her great great grandchild Aidan Boyd.
