She was predeceased by: her husband Theodore Harold Lewis; and her sisters, Mary Hollifield and Margaret DuPuy. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Eric Lewis, Kelly Lee Lewis and Karen Ruth Lewis Carter; her children-in-law, Monica Carriker Lewis and Stephen Brett Carter; her grandchildren, Brittney Sanderson, Joshua Carter, Steven Campbell, Brandi Carpenter and Evans Lewis; and also, Lyla Carter, Jaxon Campbell, Rylee Campbell, Megan Gonzalez, Andrew Gonzalez and Kathryn Bryam.
