It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lovyonne Weathers of Matthews, North Carolina, born in Pacolet, South Carolina, who passed away on August 25, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Robert and Maggie Elizabeth Scales Jones; her husband Don Weathers; and her siblings, Lewis Jones, Henry Jones, Paul "Babe" Jones, Stephen Jones, Liston "Lick" Jones, Grace Burleson and Ophelia Bynum.
She is survived by: her sister Myrtis Marcello; her daughters, Dena Kuykendall (Charles), Lori Moore (Mike) and Lynn Bealieu (Brad); and her grandchildren, Matthew Kuykendall, Mikayla Kuykendall, Jeremy Moore and Gabby Beaulieu. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
