He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Francis Hawse and Wilma Eileen Rawlins Hawse; his wife Caroline Hawse of Matthews, NC; his children, Sherry Ann Ottaway (Tim) of Prescott, AZ, Pamela Kay Smith (Jeff) of Tucson, AZ, John Ashley Hawse of Tucson, AZ, Bryan William Fawcett of Charlotte, NC, Christopher Douglas Hawse of Matthews, NC and Candice Rae Rodgers (Anthony) of Mechanicsville, VA; and his sisters, Judith Lynn Coyne (Dennis) of Columbus, OH, Janice Lee Hearn of Gaston, SC and Jacquelyn Kay Hawse of Charlotte, NC.. He was also cherished by twenty-two grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.
