He is survived by: his wife Kay; his children, Mike Fowler (Chinae), Kim Stegall (Mark) and Leslie Jackson (Wayne); his grandchildren, Kevin Stegall, Ashley Painther (Brent), Laura Clark (Steve), Taylor Stegall, Michael King, David Fowler (Ashton), Jared King (Caroline) and Brandon Stegall (Abby); his great grandchildren, Bryson, Cain, Ellie, Maddie, Emma, Maddox, McKinlee, Brooks, Rhett and Dutton; and his brother Jack Fowler. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
