He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend James and Maurece Hall; and his brother David Hall. He is survived by: his wife Marion Hall; his sons, Lanny, Jr. (Kelly) of Charlotte, NC, Brian (Ursula) of Wiesbaden, Germany and Kevin (Leigh Anna) of Charlotte, NC; his grandchildren, Anthony, Logan, Jessica, Eva and Owen; and his sisters, Patricia Hawkins and Susan White (Jim). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
