He is survived by: his wife Betty; his daughters, Karen Price (Jeff) and Pam Millard (Mark); his sisters, Patricia King (Jerry) and Linda King; his grandchildren, Jaren Rick (Cody), Alex Beal and Ilana Sibilia; his great grandchild Aubrey; his grandsons, Caleb Millard and Landon Millard; his great grandchild Ezra Rick; and his miniature dachshund Reece Cup.
