He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sister Catherine Sossamon; his wife Margaret Sossamon; his children, Debbie McComb (Shawn) of Monroe and Kenny Sossamon (Robin) of Indian Trail; his brother Larry Sossamon (Dianne) of Indian Trail; his grandchildren, Kristi Long, Nicole Long, Shyann McComb, Kyle Sossamon and Rachel Sossamon; and his great grandchildren, Haley Locklear, Brianna Locklear, Alexis Long and Maggie Gibson.
