He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Whitener and Doris Whitener; and his sister Karen. He is survived by: his wife Debbi; his son Josh; his daughter-in-law April; his grandsons, Caleb, Aiden and Liam; his brother Darrin; his siblings-in-law, Donna and Joe; and his nephews, Jeremy, Daniel, Brandon and Christian.
