We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2021, at the age of 83, Kathleen M Norton of Matthews, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Kennedy and Agatha Kennedy of Syracuse. She is survived by: her husband Donald Norton; her children, Michael Norton (Donna Marie), Timothy Norton, Daniel Norton (Lisa) and Thomas Norton (Tracy); her grandchildren, Joseph Norton, Jake Norton, CJ Norton, Julia Norton, Kate Norton, Zach Charles, Brenden Norton, Nicholle Norton, Emily Charles and Bella Norton; and her siblings, Mary Beth Kennedy and Lewis Kennedy (Bud). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made out to St. Jude's Children's Hospital to support the mission to find cures for children's cancer.

She always was the teacher in our wing who could find the best in every child and every situation. And how she loved her family! At any encounter she could tick off the latest proud moments of each of you. She will be SO missed! Blessings to the entire Norton family.
