We are sad to announce that on January 26, 2024, at the age of 77, Judy Elaine Moore of Matthews, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father James Hunter; and her brothers, Wade Hunter and Jerry Hunter. She is survived by: her mother Bessie Hunter; her sons, Tommy Moore Jr. (Mechelle) of Charlotte and Jerry Moore (Renee) of Calabash; her grandchildren, McKenzie Moore (Raven) of Midland, Brandon Moore (Chloe) of Concord, Bailey Moore of Ocean Isle, Dylan Baucom (Christina) of Matthews, Mikailia Baucom of Charlotte, Brittany Peacock (Josh) of Oakboro, Lindsey Clark of Charlotte, Buddy Clark of Concord, Brandy Clark of Oakboro, Hunter Simpson, Ashleigh Simpson, Kristen Hartsell and Trevor Simpson (Kaleigh); her great grandchildren, Gabe Moore of Midland, Abby Elaine Moore of Concord, Weston Clark of Charlotte, Paisley Clark of Charlotte, Ada Peacock of Oakboro and Memphis Peacock of Oakboro; her siblings-in-law, Phyllis Hunter, Terry Hildebrand (Craig), Junior (Guy) and Ronnie Moore (Denise); her nieces and nephews, Amy Hildebrand, Jennifer Lingerfelt, Robin Helms, Traci Moore, Jamie Hunter (Michelle), Jeff Hunter, Richard Moore, David Moore, Michael Hildebrand and Doug Hildebrand; her friends, Lou Anne Brown Simpson and Floyd Simpson; and her husband Tommy Moore Sr.. She is also survived by husband, her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Golden Acres Baptist Church.
