He was predeceased by: his parents, Jud Hughes Weiss, Sr. and Claudia Simpson Weiss; and his brother Julius Roger Weiss. He is survived by: his wife Virginia; his children, Erika and Adam (Sarah); and his grandsons, Caleb and Elijah. He is also survived by his son and grandsons.
