It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joyce Marie Bailey (Matthews, North Carolina), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on September 5, 2019, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Michael Sr. and Gertrude Foley Gonzalez; and her brother Joseph Michael Gonzalez Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Claude; her nieces, Alicia Gonzalez of Hughesville, MD and Kari Marlowe Huntingtown, MD (Jonathan); her sister-in-law Melanie Gonzalez of Huntingtown, MD.; and her close friend Cathey Grant. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
