Joseph Hudson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 4, 2025, at the age of 70, Joseph Hudson (Matthews, North Carolina) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joseph Hudson to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Hudson and Ruby Hudson; his great-grandparent George Washington Benson; and his pets, Dutchess, Hercules, Lady, Muffin, Rocky, Sandi, Brandy, Bobo, Buddy Roo, Dobie, Maggie, Wendy, Sadie Mae, Dixie, Taz, Snuggles, Leonard and Ruby.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Deborah Bigley (Kevin) and Frankie Hudson (Megan); his grandchildren, Cameron, Kayla, Joey, Skylar, Addisyn and Kensli; his cousin Barry Gurley (Lenda); and his pets, Riley and Bentley. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Lowe-Neddo Funeral Home (4715 Margaret Wallace Rd, Matthews, NC 28105). A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In service to others, he was also a dedicated blood donor, donating over 25 gallons of blood and often going through apherisis where the platelets and white blood cells would be donated as well.
