He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Scott Fox and Barbara Carswell Fox. He is survived by: his wife Carol Shafer Fox; his son Patrick Martin Fox (Teresa) of Dallas, NC; his sister Betsy Schneider (Gary) of Columbia, SC; and his brother-in-law David Shafer (Debbie) of Horton, MI. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
