He was predeceased by: his parents, Freeman Baxter Ritch and Mary Magdalene Ritch; his wife Mary Ruth Ritch; and his sister Mary Elizabeth Assaid. He is survived by: his brother Douglas Wayne Ritch (Sandra Ritch); and his children, Carol Parrish (Bruce Parrish), Johnny Lee "Chip" Ritch, Jr., Karen Cole (Todd Cole) and Eric Ritch (Ashley Ritch).
