She was predeceased by: her parents, Gloria Faye Deese and John Wesley Morris. She is survived by: her children, Corey and Naomi; and her brothers, Wayne Morris and Clinton Eugene Morris. She is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Eastwood Forest Baptist Church (112 Aurora Blvd, Matthews, NC 28105).
