We are sad to announce that on February 12, 2023, at the age of 67, James Woodrow McNeely of Matthews, North Carolina, born in Statesville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Georgia McNeely of Raleigh; and his father James A. McNeely of Statesville. He is survived by: his children, Libby Billotto (Chris) and Jason McNeely (Heather); his granddaughter Alyssa Billotto of Monroe; his children, Trent Edwards of Monroe, CJ Billotto of Monroe and Gavin Edwards of Monroe; his mother Reba McNeely; and his brothers, Lynn McNeely, Dean McNeely (Susan) and Dale McNeely (Jennifer). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
