He is survived by: his parent Helen Ramzey Frazier; his wife Norma Frazier; his sister Rachel Kiser (Ronnie Kiser); his children, Danita Frazier, Lenita Treadway (Jeff Treadway), Kristie Brown (Phil Brown) and Jack Frazier, Jr; his grandchildren, Michael Thompson, Jr. (Tricia Thompson), Brad Thompson and Traci Thompson (Ben Todd); his great grandchildren, Presley Thompson and Charlotte Thompson; his stepgrandchildren, Izzy Perry and Lexie Perry; his brother-in-law James Bumgarner; his niece Amy Ballowe; and his children, Laney Ballowe and Elliott Ballowe.
