He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Edward Mullinax and Eunice Moody; his wife Elizabeth "Libby" Mullinax; and his daughter Linda Norman. He is survived by: his children, Jackie Mullinax, William Mullinax (Linda) and Kathleen Sholes; his great grandchildren, Kirsten (Ken), Jolie (Curtis), Maggie, Michelle, Duke (Liz) and Jon (Maelynn); his sisters, Mary Lou Baker and Willie Selfridge; and his pets, Flash and Rocky.
