He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Sr. Richards and Essie Richards. He is survived by: his wife Sandy "Bug"; his children, Kammy Ruettgers (Dave) and Tara Richards; his grandchildren, Jessie Plyler (Ben), Ryan Ruettgers, Jacob Ruettgers, Avery Ewing and Meagan Wing; his great grandchildren, Cason and Lawson Plyler; and his brothers, Ronald and James Richards. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
