He was predeceased by: his father James Robert Twisdale; and his siblings, James R. Twisdale, Mary T. Johnson and Hazel T. White. He is survived by: his former wife Barbara Edmonds; his son Harold W. Twisdale, Jr. (Karlanna); his wife Jean Winstead Twisdale; his child Leigh Twisdale Schumacher (Lukas); his grandchildren, Kendra Schumacher Davis (Luke), Jacob Schumacher, Patrick Twisdale (Cassie) and Diane Garrison (John); and his niece Ellen T. Stefura (John).
