He was predeceased by: his parents, James Foley and Anne Foley (Higgins). He is survived by: his wife Karen (Burke); his child Kerri Elliot (Brian); his granddaughters, Rachael Kelly and Rebecca Elliot; his great grandchild Adalynn Kelly; and his siblings, James P. Foley Jr. (Francie), Anne Marie Dillon (Jeff), Jeanne Feltch (Chuck) and Richard D. Foley (Lauragene). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
