He is survived by: his wife Anita; his brother Mike Strand (Sylvia); his nephew Jeremy Strand (Natalie); his niece Kelly Coffren (Derek); his parents-in-law, Everett Taylor and Frankie Ramsey; his brother-in-law Steve Taylor; his niece Shelby Johnson (Michael); and his great-nieces, Cameron Strand, Raelynn Strand, Charly Coffren, Bella Coffren, Damon Johnson and Cayden Johnson.
