She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hamilton Wilson and Beatrice Green Wilson; her husband Robert Leon McDaniel; and her son Robert Leon McDaniel. She is survived by: her siblings, Bud Wilson and Betty Wilson (Kenneth); her daughters, Glenda Ray (Brad) and Sherri McWhirter (Lawson); her grandchildren, Josh Ray (Fibi), Alex McWhirter (Shyann), Will Ray (Olivia) and Katie Smith (Sean); and her great grandchildren, Kayden, Kate, Easton, Lawson, Jake, Hadley Mae, Bonnie and Lainey.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Forest Lawn East Cemetery (3700 Forest Lawn Dr, Matthews, NC 28104).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the National MPS Society in her honor.
