She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Baxter Riggins and Sally Alma Davis Riggins; her husband Garah Sell; and her siblings, Lonnie Riggins, Bruce Riggins, Lois Grant, Odessa Baker and Lib Mangum (Mary Moore).
She is survived by: her children, Daniel C. Moore, Terry Giancalo (Dave Yarborough), Glenda Bivens (David) and Carol Christian (Frank); her sister Martha Taylor; and her grandchildren, Chris Moore, David Bivens, Lisa Hearn, Chris Mulwee, Scott Mulwee, Brent Hutchison and Aaron McCann. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
