He is survived by: his sisters, Brenda Whitley and Carol Howie; his children, Eddie McDonald Howie Jr., Teresa Oxendine, Pamela Robertson and Shelley McClure; and his grandchildren, Whitney Eiss, Ramyiah Jones, William McDaniel, Sheena Bishop, Derek Oxendine and Celia Oxendine.
