He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty II and Edwin L. Harris II. He is survived by: his children, Edwin L. Harris IV and Tammy Nicole Harris; his grandchildren, Elliot and Ashley; and his siblings, Debbie H. Cowley, Terrie L. Smith and Jack R. Smith II. He is also survived by his family, friends.
In honor of Eddie's spirit of giving, in lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Charlotte Animal Shelter.
