She is survived by: her children, Janice Cooper of Matthews, NC and Steven Peterkin of Linden, NJ; her granddaughter Makeia Peterkin of Fort Lee, NJ; her siblings, Louise Baxter, Hattie Williams (Calvin) of Savannah, GA, Deloris Ragsdale of Brooklyn, NY, Oliver Cooper (Almeta), Joseph Cooper (Dorothy) of Savannah, GA and Robert Cooper (Martha) of Washingtonville, NY; and her daughter from other mothers, Stephanie Shiver and Debra Ballard.
