She is survived by: her son Scotty Smith (Kimberly); her grandchildren, Shane Smith, Nathan Smith, Kaci Smith, Eliana Smith and Samara Smith; her cousin Beverly Bazzie; and her extended family, Bruce and Sheila Wolven.
