He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie Locklear and Gracie Lee Bell Locklear; his sister Marilyn Locklear Crouch; and his mother-in-law Zadie Ree Demery. He is survived by: his significant other Viola Demery Locklear; his children, Don Bryan Locklear (Susan Grace Locklear) and Shannon Teresa L. Goins (Nicholas Goins); his grandchildren, Hannah Lee Locklear, Colby Bryan Locklear, Chloe Viola Goins and Zadie Dawn Goins; his siblings, Billie Locklear, Jr. (Frieda), Carlos Locklear (Patricia) and Gloria Locklear Scott; his sister-in-law Angeline D. McGirt (David); and his father-in-law Willard Demery.
