He is survived by: his children, Steven George Werthe and Dawn Marie Ernst (Werthe); his son-in-law Mark Peter Ernst; his grandchildren, Karoline Dawn Ernst and Jakob Mark Ernst (Riley Faye Ernst); his great grandchild Della Riley Ernst; his nephews, Kenneth Pope (Ann), Jerald Pope (Rebecca) and George Pope; his niece Nancy Pope; and his siblings-in-law, Jeanette Nissan (Norkus), Deborah Allison, Lynn Nelson (Allison) and Lance Nelson.
