He is survived by: his mother Audrey Braswell Biggers; his wife Brenda Whitley Biggers; his daughters, Bridget Biggers Anderson (Stephen) and Barbara Biggers Heyel (Brian); his grandchildren, Ava Frances Anderson, Elise Sophia Anderson, Ellen Whitley Heyel and Alexander Taylor Heyel; and his brother Dr. John Frank Biggers, III (Anne) of Walterboro, SC. He is also survived by 4 nieces and one nephew.
