She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Sparks and Hattie Fox Sparks; and her siblings, Phoebe Allen, Ollie Sporer, Jane Behrens, Ruth Zahner, Russell, Emmett, George, William, John and Warrren Sparks.

She is survived by: her husband Allan Wise of Williamsport, PA; her son Paul Turner (Christina) of Matthews, NC; her granddaughter Erin Carson (George) of Charlotte, NC; and her great grandchildren, Hadley and Leo Carson.
