She is survived by: her mother Dora Foster Gibbs; her husband Joseph "Joe" Culpepper; her children, Carmen Culpepper Narvaez, Shannon Culpepper (Scott Fister) and Christopher Culpepper (Hanna Palmerton); her brothers, Ronnie and Henry Gibbs; and her grandchildren, Bryanna, Joshua, Xavier and Giovani.
