He was predeceased by: his parents, Juanita III and Charles Baisley III. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Baisley; his daughter Maureen (Jesse Merritt); his grandson Finley Merritt; his sister-in-law Shirley Thompson (James PhD); and his mother-in-law Martha Donegan.
