He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Roy Linn Fisher and Ethel Blackwelder Fisher; and his sister Daphne Jean Poole. He is survived by: his wife Miriam Eleazer Fisher of Matthews, N. C.; his son Carl, Jr. (Erin) of Charlotte, NC; his grandchildren, Miriam Webster Sheets (Caleb), Jonathan Webster (Maren), William Fisher, Samuel Fisher, Hannah Webster, Gracie Fisher, Wills Lavely and James Fisher; and his sisters, Roselyn Misenheimer and Dr. Marjorie Matthews.
