He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Gene "Bunch" Meadows and Sarah Lee Hammonds Meadows; and his brother Todd Meadows. He is survived by: his grandmother Viola Crowder Hammonds; his wife Summer Potts Meadows; his children, Brandy Meadows and Samantha Meadows; his grandchildren, Saniyah and Chloe "Bean"; and his siblings, Tammy Meadows of Wingate, Tim Meadows of Matthews and Chisa Meadows of Matthews. He is also survived by one nephew; nieces; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins.
