She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Sonner and Charles J. Crim; her former husband Arlie Speas; her husband Alvie Horn; her children, Tommy Speas and Bonnie Clabo; her stepdaughter Wanda Sullivan; and her siblings, Charlotte Glascock and Sonny Crim.
She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Speas of Cumberland, VA and Connie Speas (Margaret) of Indian Trail, NC; her stepchildren, Rita Beverly (Ralph) and David "Bo" Horne (Sharon) of Cumberland, VA; her grandchildren, Barry Speas (Betty Jo), Jason Speas, Dixie Ortiz (Tim), Brandy Jamerson (Scotty) and Dakota Speas (Julia); her stepgrandchildren, Brian Beverly (Bridget), Crystal Madison (Joe), Credena Hatcher (Michael), April Sullivan, Cody Beverly (Matthew) and Daniel Horne (Kay); and her close friend Myra Jones. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren, numerous cousins, friends.
