She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Kiker and Maude Kiker. She is survived by: her children, Steven Ross (Connie) of Sevierville, TN, Wanda Ross Greene (Boyd) of Indian Trail and Gary Ross of Indian Trail. She is also survived by 9 grandkids and 21 great grandkids.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials in Beth's name be made to Mill Grove UMC, 7311 Mill Grove Rd, Indian Trail, NC 28079 or Alzheimer's Association - Western Carolina Chapter, 4600 Park Road, Suite 250, Charlotte, NC 28209.
