He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin F. Bell Sr. and Ida Cecelia Bell; and his sisters, Frances Brotherton and Jewell Newman. He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn Bell; his children, Nancy (Jim Focht), Gary Bell and Tabitha Jowett; his grandson Jared Focht; his sister Maryellen Dick (Donnie Dick); and his pets, Bailey and Chloe.
