He is survived by: his wife Juanita "Anita" Xavier; and his children, John Terry (Tammy), Steve Xavier (Denise), Ernest Xavier (Airion), Arthur Robert Xavier, Brian Xavier and Janine Xavier. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
