He is survived by: his wife Maritza D'Amico; his children, Tina Price (Steve), Angela Borek and Christopher D'Amico; his grandchildren, Nicholas D'Amico, Alexander D'Amico and Marisa Borek (AJ Ward); and his niece Valerie DiMaria.
