He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Nicholas DeFonce, Sr. and Helen Morrison DeFonce. He is survived by: his wife Shari; his son Jason DeFonce (Amanda) of Mint Hill; his sister Gail DeFonce of Shelby, NC; and his grandchild Haven DeFonce.
The family requests, in lieu of flowers memorials be made to a charity of the donors choice.
