He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Astuto and Catherine Puzino (Astuto). He is survived by: his wife Maryann; his daughters, Donna Jablonski (Matt), Laura Mazurkiewicz (Michael) and Tina Smith (Kevin); his grandchild Chris Jablonski (Katie); his sons, Jason Jablonski (Meredith), Brandon Smith (Jen) and Tyler Smith; and his great grandchildren, Layla, Lucy, Nora, Ella, Ruby, Ivy, Brady and Crew. He is also survived by his family, friends.
