She is survived by: her children, Emma, Caroline and Ross; her brother Hank; her sister-in-law Alison; and her nieces and nephews, Emory, Ladson, Anna Blair and Snoop.

Amy's love for animals was second only to her love for her family, and therefore in lieu of flowers, please consider making donations to the Charlotte Area Humane Society.
