He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Mack and Irene Stikeleather Blakely. He is survived by: his wife Janean; his sons, Andrew Blakely of Rockwell, NC and Mark Lackey of Wolf Laurel, NC; and his sister Diana Duffy of Menefee, CA. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
